Krénosin 6mg/2mL

Indication

Réduction des tachycardies supraventriculaires, après échec des manœuvres vagales.

Posologie / Préparation

Adulte : Bolus de 3 mg. Si échec à 2 min : bolus de 6 mg. Si échec à 2 minutes : bolus de 12
mg.
Utilisation pur en IVD « flash » (à rincer pour administration rapide)
Pédiatrie : dose initiale 0,1 mg/kg (max 6 mg)
Augmentation par pallier de 0,1 mg/kg pour arrêter la tachycardie supraventriculaire
(dose max 12 mg)
Atropine prête si besoin

Contre-indication

Bronchospasme (attention asthme et BPCO)
Pré-excitation ventriculaire (Syndrome de WPW)
Hypotension artérielle
BAV 2 ou 3 (sauf si DAI)
Allongement QT
